  15. I have a Supra 28.8 VCF that will download just fine - however - when I 
  16. attempt an upload the upload stops , starts, stops until the CPS rate is 
  17. beyond recovery. (about 700 cps) This happens at all speeds 14.4 and 
  18. higher. The string is ATZ and the modem sits in a ASUS P120. I've tried 3 
  19. different phone cords, installed a new phone jack, and course checked the 
  20. connections on the side of the house.  I've also moved the modem into a 
  21. different ISA slot.

  23. The modem will download just fine with no problems.
